Luke Hankins

Managing Director

Luke is the founder of SCD and is Chartered QS with 20+ years experience in the construction industry. He has worked with contractors/subcontractors on large-scale projects and saw first-hand the gap in the market for effective on-site recording. Luke wanted to replace the daily allocation sheets used every day on construction projects with a digital solution that is easy to use and gives you all your project information in one place. He came up with a solution that records people, plant, progress, equipment, notes and more, allowing the data to be used to create reports and make time approvals without excessive admin time.

Chris Bell

CTO/Lead Developer

Chris is our CTO/Lead Developer and has over 20 years of development experience in SQL, PL/SQL, Application Express (APEX), Oracle Database/Forms/Reports/Designer/Portal. Chris has worked with many well known clients completing data and AI solutions within a wider team. 

Rebecca Caunce

Project Manager

Rebecca Caunce has worked on the SCD Time Tracker for the last two years and has overseen significant development of the product (testing, research, interviews, backlog etc) including development and testing at every stage, reporting to the team, market research (including interviews and focus group with potential end-users) and a detailed backlog report process. Rebecca is experienced in systems process analysis, working with developers to achieve desired outcomes and is also the first point of contact for client liaison and customer relations.
